Because the essence of "Adequate Self-regulation" really is not so much a method of autosuggestion as a universal mechanism of cognition - creativity. Briefly, it can be described as follows.
First, a practitioner strengthens mindfulness experiencing the unity of causative and prenatal consciousness (that is an inspiration) and, directing it to the object of cognition, experiences unity with it (resonance). This state of the identity with the object is a silent knowledge. Then one must command to himself to describe the experienced knowledge by words (or in some other mean: artistic, musical, mathematical, etc.). And then just practice this method.
