This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and store your personal information (this means: any information that identifies or can identify you).

1. MAIN PROVISIONS


This Agreement governs the relationship on the use of the website humanpathway.com between "the User” and the site owner acting in accordance with the laws of Ukraine (88000, Ukraine, Transcarpathian region, Uzhgorod, Sobranetskaya st., house 74, apartment 3; phone +380730832555) represented by Vyacheslav Nikolaevich Goncharenko (hereinafter the Site), who is a responsible person in the understanding of the current legislation on data protection.
We are a “data controller” for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, ePrivacy Directive and privacy laws such as the GDPR ( EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 from May 25, 2018) and CCPA. This means that we are responsible for your personal information and control its processing.

This Agreement does not regulate, and the Site is not responsible for receiving, storing, processing, using and disclosing personal data of the user and any other information to third parties, even if the User has access to the websites, products or services of these third parties through the Site or mailing. In the understanding of this Agreement, confidential is the only information that is stored in the database of the Site in an encrypted state and is accessible only to the Site. The User acknowledges that, in the event of his neglect of security and the protection of his personal data and authorization data, third parties may receive unauthorized access to the account and personal data, and other user data. The Site is not liable for damages caused by such access. 

 

2. THE PROSEDURE FOR OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA


The Site itself can collect personal information, namely:
• user's password;
• user's e-mail;
• file name of the page, or file, or information that the User enters (for example, the request parameters in the URL);
• the file name of the page from which it was invited to the current page or file;
• date and time of the request;
• access status (a page is transferred, the page is not found, etc.);
• the type and operating system of the web browser used;
• the IP address of the User and, if appropriate, his domain name or the name of the Internet service provider;
• statistics of page views, traffic data (each of them uses cookies).

The Site may also collect other information:
Cookies in order to provide dependent online services, for example, statistics on user visits and the user's IP address. The User is not obliged to provide data, but without this data, the User will not be able to use the online service.
All information is collected by the Site as it exists and it is not changed during the data collection process. The User is responsible for providing accurate information, including information about personal data.


3. THE USE OF USER'S INFORMATION


The processing of personal data can be carried out in order to implement civil relations to provide access to the online service of the Site, to identify the client as a user of the Site, to transfer payments for processing to the connected to the site payment system, to simplify work with the site and to improve its materials. These processes are carried out on the basis of legal provisions that allow the Site to process personal data to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Site service, and also use cookies for security purposes.
The Site uses cookies, they allow systems to temporarily distinguish your browser from others. On the one hand, the Site sends persistent cookies, with which the Site records the information entered by the User in the databases, the Site stores it for internal evaluations. On the other hand, the Site uses session cookies, by means of which the User obtains a session identifier while visiting the pages of the website, this allows the Site to recognize the User as a specific (anonymous) user. This allows the Site to create continuity during the visit of the User. The User can optionally deactivate cookies. 4. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?


The Site collects personal information about the User when the User voluntarily provides it to the Site. For example, the User may provide personal information when accessing an online service.

5. GOOGLE ADSENSE 


We use Google AdSense, a Google Inc. advertising service. (1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA, "Google"). Google AdSense uses cookies that allow analyzing site usage and automatic advertising. Google Adsense also uses “web beacons” (small invisible graphics) to collect information. Using a web beacon, the website can record and collect simple actions, such as visitor's traffic.
The information generated by the cookies and/or the web beacon about how the User uses this site (including the shortened IP address) will be transmitted and stored by Google on servers in the USA. This data transfer is carried out in accordance with the current legislation on data protection, in particular in accordance with the EU and US Privacy Act. Google will use this information to evaluate your interest in advertising, compile reports on Site activity and provide other services related to the use of the Site and the Internet. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law, or if the third parties these data on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. 6. SAFETY AND PROTECTION AGAINST MISUSE


We use the data of all users to effectively counteract any abuse within our online service in the interests of honest users and to protect our users from a loss. These processes are carried out on the basis of legal norms that allow us to process personal data for protection against misuse (clause 1 (f) of Article 5 of the GDPR).


7. HOW LONG DO WE SAVE USER DATA?


We delete your anonymous personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purposes for which we process it. The actual storage time depends on how you use our website.
If you are not registered with us, we do not store your personal data. If you register with us, we will retain your personal data during the entire registration period and delete them as soon as you delete your account. If you give us your consent to the processing of your data (for example, for the purpose of using advertising), we will retain your data until you cancel your consent. If we have to save your data in accordance with current legislation, their further processing is not undertaken.
Personal data is not deleted in cases where personal data are needed:
- (a) to fulfil a legal obligation to the responsible operator, as provided for by the EU law or the EU country, and requiring personal data processing, or to perform a task in the public interest, or the official authority of the responsible operator;
- (b) for drafting, filing or defending legal requirements.


8. USER RIGHTS


As a data processing entity, you have the right to be informed about the processed data, the right to correct your personal data, the right to delete your personal data, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to transfer your personal information. You also have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority.
In cases where data processing is based on art. 5 of GDPR, or for direct advertising purposes, you have the right to object to processing.
The User can cancel his consent at any time. Cancellation will be effective from the date the Site receives such a statement from the User.

Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will stop processing your personal data after your objection has been filed.
Without prejudice to the aforementioned right to object, you can object to the collection and processing of information at any time.
Please, note that the processing and collection of information will be terminated upon receipt of the objection by the Site. Please send your objection via the feedback form on the site.

Right to revoking the consent 
You can revoke your consent, which you gave us, at any time. Data processing stops from the date of receiving the revoking of consent by the Site. Please, note that the revoking of your consent does not affect data processing, which was carried out before its submission. You can send your revoking via the form of feedback or via email.

Right to correct your data
You have the right to demand from us or immediately correct any personal data relating to you independently if they are not true. Taking into account the processing objectives, the User is entitled to add incomplete personal data, including by submitting an additional application.

Right to delete data
The User has the right to request to delete his personal data without undue delay, and the Site deletes personal data, without undue delay, if there are at least one of the following reasons:
(a) personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
(b) the User withdraws his consent to the processing;
(c) the User lodges an objection to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, to the extent that it is associated with the specified direct marketing (part 1 of article 21 of the GDPR), or the user lodges an objection to processing in accordance with part 2 of Article 21 of the GDPR;
(d) personal data were processed unlawfully;
(e) personal data must be deleted in order to fulfil a legal obligation under EU law or an EU country;
(f) personal data are collected in connection with the offer of the information society service referred to in part 8 of article 1 of the GDPR.

The right to limit processing
You have the right to require to limit processing in accordance with art. 18 of GDPR in the following cases:
(a) if the User disputes the accuracy of personal data, – for a period allowing the responsible operator to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
(b) if the processing is illegal, but the User does not require the deletion of personal data, but requests only a restriction on their use;
(c) The Site no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but the User needs it to compile, file or protect legal requirements;
(d) the subject of personal data has filed an objection against the processing in accordance with part 1 of article 21 of the GDPR – for the time while the responsible operator checks the prevalence of legal grounds or justifications of the User. If the processing of personal data is limited, such personal data, with the exception of storage, can be processed only with the consent of the User or for the purposes of сcompiling, filing or protecting legal requirements, protecting the rights of another person or entity, or because of significant public interests of the EU or the EU country.
On termination of the restriction, the Site notifies the User who requested a restriction on the processing of his personal data.

Notification obligation
The Site transmits information about any corrections, deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data to each recipient who has been disclosed personal data, except in cases where this is impossible or requires disproportionate efforts. The Site at the request of such a User informs him about it.

Right to transfer data
The User has the right to receive his personal data in a commonly used structured, machine-readable format, and has the right to transfer these data to another responsible operator without obstruction from the Site if:
- the User has agreed to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes;
- processing is carried out by automated means.
The above right should not affect the rights and freedoms of other people.
Within his right to transfer data, the User has the right to direct transfer of personal data from the Site to another operator, if this is technically feasible.
This right does not apply to the processing that is necessary to perform tasks in the public interest or to exercise the official authority of the responsible operator.

Right to information and complaints
You have the right to demand from us any information about your personal data that is processed by the Site. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority.

 

9. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION 


The Site takes all necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include, inter alia, an internal review of the processes of collecting, storing and processing data and security measures. Collected data are stored on one or more secure database servers.


10. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY


We may change our Privacy Policy. In this case, we will replace the version on the Privacy Policy page, so review the page periodically. All changes to the Agreement are effective from the date of their publication. By using our service, the User confirms his acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Policy in the edition in effect at the time the User uses our site.


11. ADDITIONAL TERMS


The Site is not liable for damage or loss incurred by the User or third parties as a result of an erroneous understanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this Agreement, instructions on how to use our site, on how to post data and other technical issues. 

The Site is not responsible for the misunderstood or misused information regarding the technology "Adequate Self-Regulation" purchased by the User. Therefore, the Site does not make a refund for the already purchased self-learning algorithm of Adequate Self-Regulation. To help the User with correct mastering this algorithm, free instructions are published regularly at the Blog, as well as in the public group “Adequate Self-Regulation” on facebook.com


This agreement applies to the User from the moment he uses the site, including the placement of information and data, and is valid as long as any information about the User, including personal data, is stored on our website.


CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING

(1) I grant the Site permission to use personal data for the purpose of advertising the Site.
(2) I agree that the Site will store my personal data, as well as information about my activity on humanpathway.com, in order to e-mail me offers that correspond to my interests.
(3) At any time, I can withdraw this agreement. For this, it is enough to send on the Site my written statement revoking my consent.
